Lim-Lange has taught more than 40,000 individuals, including CEOs, boards of directors, students, and academics. She is the co-author of the national bestseller Deep Human: Practical Superskills For a Future of Success and a regular expert contributor to Channel NewsAsia, where she writes on human capital, leadership, and the future of work.
In 2018, Lim-Lange founded Forest Wolf, a talent development consultancy that integrates psychological thought leadership with extensive experience in large-scale systems change. Under her guidance, Forest Wolf’s leadership programs have reached over 100,000 people globally and have been implemented in leading multinational organisations. She has led complex, transformative culture and leadership initiatives, including the groundbreaking Zodiac Leadership Programme for Singapore’s biopharma sector, developed in collaboration with the Singapore government, which has trained over 1,000 leaders from 16 major biomedical companies such as Amgen, GSK, MSD, Roche, Pfizer, Alcon, Takeda, and Novartis.
Before founding Forest Wolf, Lim-Lange served as the Founding Director of the National University of Singapore’s Centre for Future-ready Graduates, where she pioneered the Roots & Wings Future-readiness Programme. Her insights continue to influence conversations on leadership, culture, and the evolving world of work, earning her recognition as a LinkedIn Top Voice.
Lim-Lange is the Regional Lead for Southeast Asia (Strategy) at the Hoffman Institute Asia-Pacific, and also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Minerva University (San Francisco) – one of the world’s most innovative institutions dedicated to cultivating critical wisdom through global work-study experiences.
