CWG Speakers is a speakers’ agency and expert network. We work with a broad range of experts from different backgrounds including politics, journalism, academia, business, sport and entertainment. HOW WE WORK

Event organisers work with CWG Speakers because they wish to book a particular speaker we represent or they need ideas.

In either case, we first establish basic details about the event in question. Based on these factors, we provide availability and fees for the speaker in question. Or we provide you with a detailed brief of speaker options based on this information.

Once speaking conditions and fees are agreed for a speaker, CWG Speakers will issue a standard agreement to confirm the engagement. Alternatively, we can work from your standard in-house template to align terms.

After the booking is made, CWG Speakers’ dedicated in-house operations team will assist with all event-related logistics, including but not limited to:

Briefing call with the speaker
Liaising on travel and accommodation requirements
Providing a full schedule and itinerary to speaker and client

A CWG Speakers’ representative will be constantly on hand in the run up to the event and on the event date to help with any issues you may have. We can also arrange for a representative to be onsite with the speaker at your event.
