Dr Jaime Seeman is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with a strong foundation in nutrition, exercise, and health science. She is currently a fellow in integrative medicine, a board-certified ketogenic nutrition specialist, and serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of PanTheryx, an integrated digestive and immune health company.
Born and raised in Nebraska, Seeman’s professional journey has been shaped by a deep and personal commitment to health and well-being. After facing her own health challenges, including hypothyroidism and prediabetes, and experiencing the loss of a close friend in 2015, she made a decisive shift to prioritise her health. This turning point not only transformed her personal life but also profoundly influenced her medical practice and career focus.
A passionate advocate for resistance training for women at every stage of life, Seeman is the author of Hard to Kill, in which she outlines her five pillars of health: physical strength, mental resilience, spiritual well-being, nutrition, and restorative sleep. Central to her philosophy is the belief that our relationships and the environments we inhabit play a critical role in overall health.
Through her social media platform, Dr. Fit and Fabulous and The Fit and Fabulous Podcast, she empowers women worldwide to take ownership of their health, cultivate confidence, and pursue vibrant, purposeful lives.
Dr Jaime Seeman earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Sciences before completing medical school and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
