He is also an Associate Fellow at Oxford University's Saïd Business School and has shared his expertise at several other top institutions, including London Business School and IE Madrid. Sibony also enjoyed a 25-year tenure at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to Senior Partner and led both the Global Strategy Practice and the Consumer Goods & Retail Sector.

His previous work, You’re About to Make a Terrible Mistake!, received the 2019 Manpower Foundation Grand Prize for the best management book and has been translated into 21 languages. Additionally, Sibony has published numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and practitioner-oriented publications such as Harvard Business Review, McKinsey Quarterly, MIT Sloan Management Review, California Management Review.
