Michael Wooldridge's Biography

Professor Michael Wooldridge is an expert on the transformative potential of generative AI models.

While he acknowledges the allure of recent advancements in AI, such as ChatGPT, Woolridge emphasises the need to demystify these technologies. Heading the Computer Science department at Oxford University and serving as the Director of Foundational AI Research at The Alan Turing Institute, Wooldridge explores the intricate landscape of AI progression and investigates optimal methods for leveraging its potential in technological innovation.
