His experience and contributions have positioned him as one of the foremost thinkers in applied AI. Kass was a key player in channelling OpenAI’s innovative research into tangible business solutions. Kass built the teams responsible for OpenAI’s sales, partnerships, and customer success. He served as a personal advisor to countless executives deploying the technology across their businesses. Kass has also advised many top companies on AI, including Coca-Cola, Morgan Stanley, and Agmen.
Kass left OpenAI to help businesses, nonprofits, and governments make the most of the AI revolution. He is determined to demystify AI, making it accessible and understandable for everyone. In conjunction with the establishment of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia’s (UTM) new Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, Kass was recently appointed as the Distinguished Adjunct Professor. In this pivotal role, he will advise on the development of AI academic programs and contribute to the Malaysia Artificial Intelligence Consortium.
