Steve Arhancet

Steve Arhancet is Co-CEO and co-owner of Team Liquid, one of the world’s leading esports organisations. Based at the organisation’s San Francisco headquarters, he oversees the development of Team Liquid’s competitive teams, sponsorship programs, tournament operations, social media, and streaming platforms, with teams competing across titles including League of Legends and Call of Duty.

A longtime leader and entrepreneur in esports, Arhancet began his career as a professional esports player with unRestricted shortly after the launch of League of Legends. He subsequently held senior leadership roles across the industry, including CEO of Curse Competitive Esports and Director of Esports at Curse, Inc., before joining Team Liquid.

Under Arhancet’s leadership, Team Liquid has grown into a global esports powerhouse, with teams and athletes competing at the highest level across multiple titles. He has also helped forge strategic partnerships with prominent investors and business leaders, including NBA team owners Ted Leonsis and Peter Guber, basketball legend Magic Johnson, and entrepreneur and life coach Tony Robbins.

Arhancet’s work and perspective on esports and entrepreneurship have been featured in Forbes, U.S. News, Business Insider, Mashable, and VentureBeat, as well as on platforms including Apple TV and Netflix.

Before dedicating himself to esports, Arhancet worked as an Independent Wealth Management Advisor at American Express and as Director of Consultant Services at MBO Partners. He holds a degree from James Madison University’s College of Business, where he studied Management, Finance, and Writing.
