Pallavi Mahajan is a globally recognised technology and business leader at the forefront of the convergence of artificial intelligence, advanced computing, and intelligent networking. As Chief Technology and AI Officer, Mahajan defines Nokia’s long-term technology vision and portfolio strategy, connecting frontier research directly to business execution to drive sustainable growth and market leadership. She leads the company’s central platform teams, building scalable foundations for innovation while fostering strategic partnerships across the global technology ecosystem.

A named inventor on multiple US patents, Mahajan brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across Asia, Europe, and North America. Prior to Nokia, she served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Datacenter and AI at Intel, where she led the global strategy and execution for AI accelerators, AI infrastructure, and open software ecosystems. Previously, as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Intel’s Network and Edge Group, she drove the end-to-end transformation of the networking and edge software portfolio, incubating a new software business and establishing a standalone P&L. Earlier, as Vice President of Engineering for High Performance Computing and AI at HPE, Mahajan led the scaling of the Cray acquisition into the exascale era, delivering Frontier for Oak Ridge National Laboratory and transforming HPE’s HPC business. Before HPE, she spent 16 years at Juniper Networks, where she helped pioneer the vision of autonomous, self-driving networks, advanced network programmability, and led software monetisation and SaaS delivery strategies.

Mahajan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, and completed the Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
