Neil Bage is a behavioural science expert, and entrepreneur, best known for reshaping how organisations understand money, decision-making, and human behaviour.
As Founder & CEO of NeuroFi Behavioural Intelligence, a UK-based boutique consultancy, Bage works with leading financial institutions to bridge the gap between brain science and financial decision-making. NeuroFi blends neuroscience, behavioural science, and positive psychology to help firms move beyond outdated models and adopt a more human, evidence-based approach to financial planning and client engagement.
With over two decades of research and practice, Bage has collaborated with leading behavioural scientists across Russell Group universities, investigating how people think, feel, and behave with money. That body of work underpins everything Neil delivers, from product design and training to speaking and development.
His entrepreneurial track record includes founding a multi-award-winning behavioural technology business, serving as Chief Behavioural Officer for a UK financial planning firm, and co-founding an award-winning US-based behavioural science learning and content platform.
Bage’s speaking career began in the early 1990s as a compère for Rank Entertainment, hosting live audiences of over 2,000 people and introducing celebrity acts. That foundation shaped the distinctive, high-energy, story-driven style he brings to the stage today. He is now a sought-after keynote speaker who has presented to tens of thousands of professionals across finance, law, and technology, drawing on neuroscience, positive psychology, and human evolution to reveal how people make decisions in an emotionally complex, fast-moving world.
