Keily Blair

Kelly Blair is the Chief Executive Officer of OnlyFans, where she leads the company’s global strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement. In her role, she is responsible for shaping and communicating OnlyFans’ strategic vision and long-term objectives to creators, users, commercial partners, governments, law enforcement agencies, and nonprofit organisations.

Before being appointed CEO, Blair led OnlyFans’ trust and safety operations, overseeing initiatives focused on platform integrity, user protection, compliance, and responsible growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s approach to online safety, privacy, and regulatory engagement during a period of rapid global expansion.

Prior to joining OnlyFans in 2022, Blair was a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where she led the firm’s Cyber, Privacy & Data Innovation practice in London. She advised multinational companies on complex matters involving cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory risk, and digital governance. Earlier in her career, she served as Director and Leader of the Contentious Data Privacy Law & Strategy Practice at PwC, and held legal roles at Morrison Foerster and A&O Shearman, where her work spanned securities litigation, fraud, banking, and finance.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Politics from Oxford Brookes University and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She is also an advocate for women in leadership and founded Fractio Vitri, an organisation established to support women in the workforce, where she currently serves as co-chair. In 2016, she was recognised with an Inspirational Women in Law award for her contributions to the legal profession and workplace diversity.
