Jon Levy

Jon Levy is a behavioural scientist recognised for his expertise in influence, human connection, and adventure. He leverages insights from neuroscience, psychology, economics and biology to help organisations innovate in marketing, sales, consumer engagement, culture, and influencer strategies.

Jon Levy is a behavioural scientist and New York Times bestselling author recognised for his groundbreaking work on trust, human connection, belonging, and influence. He is affiliated with C Lab which is based out of Kellogg School of Management.

Over a decade ago, Levy founded The Influencers Dinner, a unique and secretive dining experience that brings together leaders across disciplines, including Nobel laureates, Olympians, celebrities, executives, artists, and musicians. At each dinner, guests prepare the meal together but are prohibited from discussing their careers or sharing their last names. Only once seated do they reveal their identities. This format fosters authentic connection and has since evolved into Influencers, the largest community of its kind globally, with thousands of members.

Levy’s deep expertise in the science of connection, trust, and community-building have reshaped approaches to employee engagement, brand loyalty, innovation, customer relationships, and virtually every aspect of business involving human behaviour. He has advised a wide range of clients – from Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Google, AB InBev, and Samsung, to high-growth startups, helping them harness behavioral science to drive meaningful impact across their businesses.

Levy’s first book, The 2 AM Principle: Discover the Science of Adventure, explored the science of adventure by utilising the latest research on peak human performance, neuroscience and psychology to help organisations and teams maximise success. His 2021 book, You’re Invited: The Art and Science of Connection, Trust, and Belonging, became a New York Times bestseller and was named a “Book of the Month” by The Wall Street Journal. In it, he uncovers the surprising, often counterintuitive ways people build meaningful relationships and highlights the critical role of connection in achieving our most important goals. Levy’s most recent book, Team Intelligence: How Brilliant Leaders Unlock Collective Genius, challenges long-held assumptions about leadership and teamwork. In it, he debunks popular myths and reveals simple, evidence-based habits that help leaders unlock the collective intelligence of their teams.

Levy has a Bachelor of Science from New York University and an International Baccalaureate from The Dwight School.
