Gaby Natale

As the first Latina author under HarperCollins’ Leadership division and the first Hispanic woman to win three consecutive Daytime Emmys, Gaby Natale inspires global audiences to embrace the pioneer mindset. She says pioneers aren’t born extraordinary but become so by embracing their uniqueness, breaking barriers with excellence and consistency, and forging alliances to drive change.

From a makeshift TV studio inside a carpet warehouse, Gaby Natale became the first Latina in US history to win three back-to-back Daytime Emmy Awards. A renowned host and executive producer, Natale has mastered the art of breaking barriers and turning obstacles into stepping stones. She is also a bestselling author, and one of the few foreign-born writers to narrate her own audiobook in English.

Her framework for transformation is based on her concept of the Virtuous Circle. A method to identify and develop untapped potential. Gaby Natale has delivered talks on resilience, reinvention and success for clients such as Procter & Gamble, JP Morgan, Accenture, PayPal, Univision, and the United Nations. Most recently, she partnered with Google at their Silicon Valley headquarters to discuss the future of leadership, inclusion, and the power of pioneering in a rapidly changing world.

Powered by the success of her TED talk, Pioneer: How to Be What You Can’t See, Natale champions conversations about the challenges and opportunities minorities face. As an independent journalist and TV host, she has witnessed firsthand the disconnect between large corporations and the multicultural audiences they wanted to reach. To give a voice to underrepresented communities and help brands connect with Hispanic audiences in an authentic way, Gaby Natale founded AGANARmedia. The media and marketing company empowers brands to move beyond stereotypes and engage with diverse consumers in a way that truly resonates, builds trust, and drives results.

A passionate advocate for gender equity and diversity, Gaby Natale collaborates with nonprofits like Voto Latino and the Susan G. Komen Foundation to drive meaningful change. For Natale, leadership isn’t about waiting for an invitation, it’s about pioneering your own path. Whether on stage, in print, or in boardrooms, she empowers individuals to embrace the discomfort of being “the first” and turn it into their greatest strength.
