Conor Grennan

Conor Grennan is the Chief AI Architect at NYU Stern School of Business, where he leads the integration of generative AI across academic and operational functions. Prior to this role, he served for a decade as Dean of Students for Stern’s MBA program, overseeing more than 2,000 full-time and part-time MBA students.

In addition to his work at NYU, Grennan is the CEO of AI Mindset, an AI consultancy that trains organisations in a behavioral-based framework for adopting generative AI effectively. He has collaborated with leading teams across industry, including OpenAI, McKinsey, NASA, Google, PwC, Amazon, ServiceNow, JPMorgan, New York Life, DaVita Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, American Securities, Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, and Unilever, among others.

His AI expertise has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, BBC, Forbes, Vox, Business Insider, and other media. He also co-hosts the AI Applied podcast, ranked among the top 20 in Business News, and engages an audience of over 130,000 followers on LinkedIn with his insights on generative AI.

Beyond his work in AI, Grennan has been recognised as a Huffington Post Game Changer of the Year for his humanitarian efforts in Nepal. He opened and managed a children’s home in Kathmandu and led multiple expeditions into remote regions to locate and reconnect families. A New York Times and international #1 bestselling author, Grennan wrote Little Princes: One Man’s Promise to Bring Home the Lost Children of Nepal, published in 15 languages. He was given the Unsung Hero of Compassion Award by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 2014.

Grennan holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from NYU Stern. He lives in Connecticut with his family.
